Do schools kill creativity?

Every child has his/her own talent. But we teachers in schools are…

trying to make them conform to the system, in the name of ‘educating them’.

Then we have standardised exams for all students, knowing that they are all different.
We sighed over their grades, knowing that they were not showing their best talents and how these grades will demoralise them.

If only children has the ability to speak for themselves by knowing what they will be successful in their future.

I love being an educator but I hated my job. So, after 3 years of teaching in schools, I left.

#SirKenRobinson has a school of thought that seems exciting.

A place where children’s talent are developed with broad curriculum, interdisciplinary learning and projects as assessment for learning. Just to name some.
